Jessica Clayborn, MA, LPC, SAC-IT, utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while remaining trauma-informed. She specializes in Couples Counseling and Substance Abuse Counseling, working collaboratively with you to develop a trusting and safe environment that builds on your strengths. Jessica is also a certified yoga instructor and a member of the American Counseling Association.
